Shipping and Returns


We ship our products throughout Switzerland and Europe by express courier or Post CH.

The price is fixed for national shipping and costs 9.90.- CHF, for orders over 99.- CHF it is free.
Deliveries in Switzerland take place within 48/72 working hours from the time of order confirmation, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
You will receive an email once the purchase has been made and payment has been received which will inform you about the expected delivery date.
You will receive an email as soon as the products you have ordered leave our warehouses and through a link you can follow the tracking of your package and know where your products are at any time.


THE COST OF SHIPPING
During the purchase phase, the cost of shipping and the expected delivery date will always be indicated in your cart.
All shipments made by us are free of charges.


TRANSPORT AND SAFE PACKAGING
Your products will always arrive intact thanks to the use of certified packaging.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouses you will receive an email with the tracking code of your order and you will always know the day of delivery and where your goods are.
However, in the event that you receive a damaged or tampered package or a partial delivery, highlight this anomaly by writing on the delivery document that will make the courier sign the word "RESERVE", later describing the anomaly identified.
Then notify NO RULEZ customer service of the incident at info@norulez.net, attaching photos of the damage, packaging and any damaged products.
