Cookie Policy

This cookie policy refers exclusively to the site (the "Site") and must be understood as an integral part of the Privacy Policy of the same.

1. What are cookies
are small text strings that the sites visited by the user send to his terminal (usually to the browser, for example Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit by the same user (e.g. log data, chosen language, font size, other display settings).

Cookies can remain on the user's computer or mobile device for different periods of time: session cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed; the so-called persistent cookies remain on the user's device until a pre-established expiry date.

Cookies are used for different purposes. Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user (eg to perform computer authentication, session monitoring, storage of specific information on users who access a web page). Technical cookies do not require prior consent from the user for their use. Among the technical cookies, the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (see Measure Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies of 8 May 2014 ") also includes:

(i) "analytics cookies" when used directly by the site operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site;
(ii) navigation or session cookies (to authenticate);
(iii) functionality cookies, which allow the user to browse according to a series of selected criteria (eg language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided.
For profiling cookies, aimed at creating user profiles in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user in the context of surfing the net, the user's prior consent is required. Some cookies are sent to you from sites other than the one the user is visiting ("third-party cookies"). These cookies are in many cases technically necessary for the site to function.

2. Which cookies are present on the Site
We use technical cookies, analytics cookies to monitor the use of the Site by users, navigation cookies to allow navigation and use of the Site, functionality cookies to understand user preferences in order to improve our service and cookies. profiling to create the profile relating to the user and send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed while browsing the Site.

While browsing the Site, the user can also receive third-party cookies on his computer or mobile device. These subjects act as independent data controllers and therefore the user is invited to consult the respective privacy policies and consent forms at the following links:

5. Web Beacons
Web beacons are small graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, used to track users' online movements or to access cookies. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the user's other device, web beacons are invisibly embedded in web pages or in an e-mail message. Web beacons can be used to transmit cookies or communicate with cookies, to count users who have visited a page and to understand how to navigate. Web beacons may be used in our promotional messages or other emails or newsletters to determine if messages have been opened, read, deleted or otherwise. Furthermore, the user who arrives on our Site from an advertisement displayed on a third party site may be assigned an anonymous identification number.
